Drawing on its rich collection, METC is connecting the lives of people and their stories, providing a bridge from the past to the future. Our museum is housed in a stunning Richardsonian Romanesque Revival building listed on the State and National Historic Buildings Registries and  was donated by local philanthropist D. Willis James to the people of Madison, NJ in 1900.METC offers exhibitions, educational programming, lectures, workshops and special events for visitors of all ages.
