The Monmouth Museum is honored to host a solo exhibition presenting the remarkable works of acclaimed artist Fred Staloff. Staloff was an American artist, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who was a veteran of World War II, painted most of his life, studied in Paris and held exhibits throughout the United States for many years.​

Staloff passed away in 2019. “Origins of a Modernist” is a celebration of Staloff’s artistic vision and talent. He uses recognizable themes as a point of departure from realism to expression.
