“Hard Times Come Again No More: Depression Era Photography” features iconic, original photographs of the people and places of the Dust Bowl era on loan from the collection of the Amarillo Museum of Art. The unflinching images record the undeniable devastation of approximately 100,000,000 acres of land that rendered enormous stretches of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, and Kansas uninhabitable and the resulting displaced people.
