The Highland Art Center is a cultural arts campus in the heart of downtown historic Weaverville including a main gallery, arts library, formal gardens, large events meadow, and 6 artist’s studios. In the charming 1893 white Victorian farmhouse that houses the main gallery, we host monthly art shows with opening receptions on the first Saturday of every month. The Highland was established in 1968 to showcase and promote local and regional artists and artisans, and has remained a pillar for the arts in Trinity County for 50 years.
