Pat Coomey Thornton is a New Bedford-based artist who has been a part of the New Bedford creative community for decades. Just as her exhibition “Small Abstractions” was set to open in City Hall this past March, COVID-19 shut the city, and country, down. While few were able to see Coomey Thornton’s exceptional works then, we are thrilled to be able share her works with you now and to celebrate this amazing local artist.
