Dan Knowles is a painter, inlay artist, musician, instrument builder, sculptor, singer, writer, muralist, teacher and composer. Most influenced by the Surrealist work of Salvador Dali and the Pointillism paintings of George Seurat. Knowles studied with influential watercolorist Dan Peterson who gave him a thorough grounding in composition and design.
