Founded as a non-profit in 1993 and opened at Park City’s Utah Olympic Park in 2002, the Alf Engen Ski Museum Foundation preserves the rich winter sports legacy of the Intermountain Region by operating two world-class, admission-free facilities: the Alf Engen Ski Museum and the Eccles 2002 Olympic Winter Games Museum. Together, they house nearly 50 interactive exhibits celebrating regional ski pioneers, athletic innovation, and Olympic history, while actively serving as a growing repository for the upcoming 2034 Salt Lake Winter Games. Operating independently alongside the Utah Olympic Park, the Foundation manages an archive of over 10,000 artifacts and hosts two prestigious regional Halls of Fame.
