Chester County History Center, founded in 1893, is the official storyteller of the history of Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Located in beautiful West Chester, outside of Philadelphia, and nestled between such sites as historic Brandywine Valley and Longwood Gardens, the History Center boasts a collection of more than 90,000 artifacts spanning four centuries of history, a research Library, an Archives, a History Lab for children, a Museum store, and permanent and changing exhibits. Programs, lectures, special events, book signings and group programming will appeal to history lovers of all ages.

Chester County History Center is open on to the public on Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
