The University of Chicago’s Smart Museum of Art houses a collection of over 10,000 objects, with strengths in twentieth-century painting and sculpture, postwar art from Chicago, German and Central European Expressionist graphics, small-scale sculpture and works on paper since the Renaissance, and East Asian art of all periods.
