The Southeastern Narrow Gauge & Shortline Museum is a three part campus including the historic 1924 Newton Depot, a Model Railroad Center, and the Alexander Railroad Pavilion. The restored Depot features regional historic railroad artifacts. The Model Railroad center hosts 8 operating model layouts and a gift shop. The Alexander Pavilion houses full size railcars restored by the Alexander Chapter of the National Railway Historic Society.
