Nearly 100 examples of clothing and decorative arts spanning four centuries are featured in this visually stunning installation of the Maryland Historical Society’s costume collection. Featuring garments of everyday working-class citizens to items worn by well-known Marylanders, such as the Duchess of Windsor, Wallis Simpson, and pieces designed by Claire McCardell, this exhibition tells a riveting story of the state’s unique history.
