This exhibition explores the history and living legacy of the Taíno, the Indigenous peoples of the Caribbean, highlighting stories of resilience, cultural survival, and contemporary identity. Presented in English, Spanish, and Hiwatahia, it features contemporary crafts, musical instruments, hands-on learning opportunities, and additional objects and expertise from the Yale Peabody Museum and Taíno cultural consultants.
