Timed with the lead-up to Houston’s championship soccer matches, Houston Center for Contemporary Craft (HCCC) is pleased to present “Cups for Y’all,” a celebratory showcase and sale of contemporary cups and vessels. Featuring everything from coffee mugs and tea chawan to ceremonial goblets, the exhibition explores how the enduring vessel form continues to evolve through material, use, and imagination.

Spanning the center gallery and a full-wall installation in the lobby retail space, “Asher: Off the Wall,” this combined show and sale promises to be a destination shopping experience—featuring functional cups and vessels from a curated selection of local, national, and international artists across a variety of media and offering something for collectors at every level. “Cups for Y’all” includes work by artists such as Maxwell Mustardo, Jihyun Kim, Maranda Powers, Emily Yong Beck, and many more.
