Michala Smith of Hopkinsville and Joan Haynes Mitchell from Princeton, KY are showcasing their Plein Aire landscape painting and oil paintings. They find inspiration in painting with each other and several of the works that are on exhibit will be of each artist’s different perspective of the same subject matter, whether that be landscape or still life.
Being local artists, they feel that the familiar scenes will interest all viewers and bring joy to all who experience their work.
