The Monmouth Museum’s “Juried Photography Exhibition’ displays art works selected by Jenn Hampton, Curator of “Wooden Walls Project,” and Co-Director of Parlor Gallery, Asbury Park, New Jersey. The exhibition features work representing the breadth and diversity of expression in contemporary photography and includes a variety of photographic media, from traditional black and white images to color photographs, digital and manipulated prints, video/film and alternative processes.
In the Museum’s Hallway Gallery there is the exhibition “DEVELOP THEIR EYE: Work by the Students of John Vigg,” an adjunct professor at Brookdale Community College. Vigg is an artist and designer working in central New Jersey. He owns a creative design agency and heads up a cooperative art space. Vigg has also run a photography gallery for budding photographers since the early 2000’s.
