Understandings, Impressions, and Offerings: The Paintings of Eric Jensen
On view through November 1, 2026
Billings-Logan International Airport, Concourse B
Billings, Montana
The Yellowstone Art Museum (YAM) and Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) are excited to exhibit the work of Eric Jensen as the first exhibition of a solo artist in Concourse B. Jensen is a Billings-based abstract landscape painter with a focus on spiritual relationships with place. As part of his artistic practice, Jensen travels and camps throughout the region, observing mountain ranges, forests, and other impressionable elements of nature:
“My paintings are evidence of my attempts to form relationships with the landscapes that I live in. I read about their history and the geological and botanical nature of the place. I spend time observing their various characteristics throughout different times of day and different seasons.”
